Title: Red Fruit and Champagne

1/2cStrawberries washed and hulled
1/2cRaspberries, cleaned
1/4cRed currants, cleaned
3/4cSugar
750mlBottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine
1/4cRaspberry liqueur

Place the fruit in a large pitcher and cover with the sugar in a layer. Allow the fruit to macerate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Just before serving, pour a bottle of champagne over the fruit and add the raspberry liqueur. Serve chilled.
